The US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) is a nationally recognized chamber, located on Dupont Circle, Washington D.C., with a mission to serve U.S. businesses that export products or provide services to the Middle East.
There is no need to become a member to use the services of USACC.
Due to COVID-19, and in the interest of public safety, walk-in service at USACC is temporarily suspended. Because our clients deserve
the best possible service, certification services will continue to be offered by mailing all documents to our
branch in Maryland located at 1615 Bay Head Rd. Annapolis MD 21409
For questions, please contact us at or call +1 (202) 468-4200.
USACC is officially recognized by “The Arab League” to affix the chamber stamp.
Products shipped to Arab countries without the official stamp of the U.S.
Arab Chambers may be held in customs until it is affixed.
Also, most service/agency contracts require the USACC stamp in order to be registered at Arab chambers overseas.
Every stamp has a unique number. Government officials may verify the authenticity of each stamp online.
The stamp fee is $35 per certificate. Same day service.

Invoice or Certificate of origin must be signed and notarized.
All other types of documents must be authenticated by the US Department of State, or Apostilled by the state. Documents must be mailed to our USACC Legalization Office in Maryland. Documents will be processed on the same received business day.
Start by clicking on the desired country name, and you will be directed how to complete your request. Our new computerized system automatically e-mails customers when their packages are received, and again when their completed documents are shipped back.
The main function of USACC is to provide certification of shipping documents for U.S. businesses exporting goods to the Middle East.
Many companies require the embassy seal after obtaining the chamber stamp.
To decrease processing time, USACC aligns with most Arab embassies in accepting shipping documents (C/O and C/I) in PDF format via email.
Upon receipt, the invoice or certificate of origin will be stamped and delivered to the required embassy.
Refer to the table below to determine the price to certify C/O, C/I. or both from USACC and the embassy.
You may choose to send the documents by mail, or by PDF if the embassy allows.
