US Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp Issued for 100 Proof International

Washington D.C.: On Tuesday, July 2, 2019, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) received Free Sale Certificate issued by 100 Proof International.
Charles A Ikai of 100 Proof International requested the USACC to issue a certification stamp for Free Sale Certificate
Free Sale Certificate had been authenticated by the United States of America Department of State on Thursday, June 27, 2019, pursuant to CHXIV, State of Sept. 15, 1789, 1 Stat. 68-69; 22 USC 2657; 22 USC 2651a; 5 USC 301; 28 USC 1733 et. seq.; 8 USC 1443(f); Rule 44 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with authentication number 19045053-3,
Whereas USACC confirmed the signature of the assistant authentication officer Sonya N. Johnson who signed on behalf of Mr. Michael R. Pompeo Secretary of State, the Free Sale Certificate was reviewed and a stamp certification signed by Hanadi Ajami was issued under serial number 1101797, and was affixed therewith.
