US Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp Issued for Accuray,Inc.

Washington D.C.: On Saturday, June 1, 2019, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) received Commercial Invoice issued by Accuray,Inc., a company located in state of Washington DC.
James Spoden of Accuray,Inc. requested a certification stamp on the Commercial Invoice for use in U.S.A.
The USACC confirmed that the goods listed on the Commercial Invoice are originated in the the United States of America and are being exported by Accuray,Inc. for use in U.S.A.
On Saturday, June 1, 2019, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce has reviewed the Commercial Invoice and affixed the USACC great seal certification stamp with serial number 4382938, signed by Hanadi Ajami .
Based upon the information provided, the stamp was issued on behalf of Accuray,Inc. for use in U.S.A. for commercial use only.
