On Wednesday, January 5, 2011, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce has reviewed the Temporary Shipment Certificate and affixed the USACC great seal certification stamp with serial number 3371879, signed by Hanadi Ajami . Based upon the information provided, the stamp was issued on behalf of Depuy Synthes for use in U.S.A. for commercial use only.
