US Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp Issued for Depuy Synthes

Washington D.C.: On Wednesday, January 5, 2011, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) received a business document issued by Depuy Synthes.
Rita Knight of Depuy Synthes requested the USACC to issue a certification stamp for a business document.
The business document was notarized by asmaa m on 6/13/2021, acting in the capacity of notary public in the state of Maryland , whose commission will expire on Thursday, March 19, 2015.
Whereas USACC reviewed and confirmed the said above document, USACC issued and affixed stamp certification 4044563, signed by Hanadi Ajami.
