US Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp Issued for Depuy Synthes

Washington D.C.: On Wednesday, January 5, 2011, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) received Destination Control Statement issued by Depuy Synthes, a company located in state of Washington DC.
Rita Knight of Depuy Synthes requested a certification stamp on the Destination Control Statement for use in U.S.A.
The USACC confirmed that the goods listed on the Destination Control Statement are originated in the the United States of America and are being exported by Depuy Synthes for use in U.S.A.
On Wednesday, January 5, 2011, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce has reviewed the Destination Control Statement and affixed the USACC great seal certification stamp with serial number 5247175, signed by Hanadi Ajami .
Based upon the information provided, the stamp was issued on behalf of Depuy Synthes for use in U.S.A. for commercial use only.
