US Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp Issued for PAC International

Washington D.C.: On Saturday, January 22, 2011, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) received Destination Control Statement issued by PAC International, a company located in state of Washington DC.
Bill Maddox of PAC International requested a certification stamp on the Destination Control Statement for use in U.S.A.
The USACC confirmed that the goods listed on the Destination Control Statement are originated in the the United States of America and are being exported by PAC International for use in U.S.A.
On Saturday, January 22, 2011, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce has reviewed the Destination Control Statement and affixed the USACC great seal certification stamp with serial number 8427009, signed by Ahmad Miski .
Based upon the information provided, the stamp was issued on behalf of PAC International for use in U.S.A. for commercial use only.
