US Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp Issued for RtI Surgical

Washington D.C.: On Friday, November 6, 2020, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) received a business document issued by RtI Surgical.
Rosanna Lee of RtI Surgical requested the USACC to issue a certification stamp for a business document.
The business document was notarized by Ahmad Miski on 11/6/2020, acting in the capacity of notary public in the state of Texas , whose commission will expire on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Whereas USACC reviewed and confirmed the said above document, USACC issued and affixed stamp certification 9488966, signed by Hanadi Ajami.
