Washington D.C.: On Thursday, June 30, 2022, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) received a business document issued by Rule One Proteins, LLC..

a business document had been authenticated by the United States of America Department of State on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, pursuant to CHXIV, State of Sept. 15, 1789, 1 Stat. 68-69; 22 USC 2657; 22 USC 2651a; 5 USC 301; 28 USC 1733 et. seq.; 8 USC 1443(f); Rule 44 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with authentication number 22039834-84,
Whereas USACC confirmed the signature of the assistant authentication officer Patrick O. Hatehett who signed on behalf of Mr. Antony J. Blinken Secretary of State, the business document was reviewed and a stamp certification signed by Hanadi Ajami was issued under serial number 2081846, and was affixed therewith.
