US Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp Issued for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc

Washington D.C.: On Wednesday, January 30, 2019, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) received Cert. to Foreign Governments issued by Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc.
Vickie Coulter-Phillips of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc requested the USACC to issue a certification stamp for Cert. to Foreign Governments
Cert. to Foreign Governments had been authenticated by the United States of America Department of State on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, pursuant to CHXIV, State of Sept. 15, 1789, 1 Stat. 68-69; 22 USC 2657; 22 USC 2651a; 5 USC 301; 28 USC 1733 et. seq.; 8 USC 1443(f); Rule 44 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with authentication number 19016314-10,
Whereas USACC confirmed the signature of the assistant authentication officer Zelda Delay who signed on behalf of Mr. Michael R. Pompeo Secretary of State, the Cert. to Foreign Governments was reviewed and a stamp certification signed by Hanadi Ajami was issued under serial number 2847205, and was affixed therewith.
